About Me

Hey there — I'm Chris Vaughan, a freelance web developer based in the rolling hills of Seymour, Missouri, where the goats are loud, the classic cars are everywhere, and the Wi-Fi works most of the time.
My journey into web development began in 2009 when I found out I was going to be a dad. Back then, I was working as a pre-K teacher — but I decided to pivot into tech, starting with a coding bootcamp. Not long after, I joined the U.S. Air Force, where I served for 12 years and earned my Bachelor's in Computer Science while on active duty.
Today, I specialize in building full-stack web apps with Django and ASP.NET, blending clean code with practical design to help businesses thrive online. Thanks to my military background, I bring top-tier communication, discipline, and reliability to every project.
When I'm not coding, you'll probably find me restoring a '60s Ford, trying to convince goats to respect fencing, or dropping trivia like, “Did you know flamingos can only eat with their heads upside down?”
If you're looking for a developer who's equal parts nerd, neighbor, and no-nonsense professional — I'd love to talk.

TLDR; Full-stack web dev. Air Force vet. Goat wrangler by necessity.
I turn ideas into polished, powerful websites: Let's build something that works — and lasts.
